Interview
The interview process was made up of three rounds. The first round was with a general recruiter that contained basic questions. The second round was with the Vice President, which was probably the most important interview of the three. The questions in this pertained to the job I was applying to. The third round was with a Project Manager or Superintendent. This was to get a feel for the work enviroment.

It was very well done and detailed. They brought in several candidates for the last round and each interview was pleasant. I thought that the fact that it was virtual (during covid) was a little disappointing but overall good.

Overall enjoyable process, multiple rounds of interviews with my final being in Bethesda. Everyone was great to talk to, they seemed very genuine in their love for the company and interest in me being there interviewing.

Very well organized despite the transition to a virtual environment due to covid. The range in roles you are able to interview with is quite impressive. During the final round of interviews, I was able to discuss with my HR representative, a Design Manager working from across the country, and a Project Engineer on a job just outside my hometown. Needless to say, I was able to get a good feel of the work culture and team cohesion.

Interview
I obtained an initial interview through on-campus recruitment. Went through about 4-5 rounds of interviews with many different engineers of different levels. The interview process was all virtual due to Covid-19. Rated interview process as difficult as the different engineers I spoke with let me know that I was a strong candidate, but ultimately did not receive an offer and didn't receive much explanation as to why.

The process was relatively simple, started with on campus recruiting where I spoke with some reps and gave them my resume. Later that night I got an email inviting me for an interview the next day. In person interview with the two reps from the day before and the next round was at their headquaters.
